No, he's playing "startled" to match his unique morning hair style.
Some folks spend hours trying to create the perfect hairstyle. Creating photos to fit naturally occurring hairstyles is an interesting concept.
I like your use of quotes by the way.
Maybe we can go to random quotes and make a photo fit it...like the album cover project.

Got your suggestions on color. I'll try it the next pic I post and see what happens. It's always one or the other here -- washed out or too hot -- and never looks like it did in Photoshop. Sunflowers, for example: The one is dull; the other too warm. In Photoshop, both look deep and intriguing, but not over done.
